“Notice is hereby given that the Board of Supervisors of the County of Fresno has set Tuesday, the 4th day of June, 2013, at the hour of 9:00 the Board of Supervisors Chambers, Room 301, Hall of Records, 2281 Tulare St., Fresno, California, as the time and place for holding a public hearing on the following matter:

"Modify the Fresno-Clovis Metropolitan Area No-Shooting Boundary by Amending Title 10 of the Fresno County Ordinance Code.

"The Fresno County Ordinance Code requires a No-Shooting buffer area of not less than a quarter-mile from the Fresno-Clovis Metropolitan Area (FCMA) boundary. To ensure that the boundary is easily identified in the field, the boundary may be set beyond this minimum required distance for ease of compliance and enforcement in the field. The FCMA No-Shooting boundary is reviewed annually and updated as necessary (see enclosed maps).
