Fresno Veterans' Day Parade

Note: Address of staging area is approximate.

We have the opportunity to honor our Veterans by participating in the Fresno Veterans Day Parade.  This is the largest Veterans Parade in the Nation this year.  It is televised world wide, to all U.S bases and ships, via the Pentagon Channel.  It is also televised locally by KSEE Channel 24.  Let's help make it the best ever!  It would be great to have all of us dressed in red white and blue, or your Military Dress uniform, and have 30 to 60 of us participating.

The Theme is to pay special tribute to our Coast Guard Veterans, and then all veterans of all services past and present. If anyone has a large coast guard insignia or could make one it would be great on our entry.

You can participate by joining our entry in the parade.  We need to meet to decorate at 10 a.m..  Our staging area is called Division 8 entry 15.  We will be located on "P" street between Inyo and Ventura.  Park north of P (Santa Fe Ave) parking is tough so plan ahead give yourself time to park and then find our 1948 Blue Willy's pick up and trailer. We have limited room for some riders on the float.  Bring tea bags stapled to CVTP business cards, candy, or tea party times to hand out.
